Not sure which specific modality (technique) you’d like in your session? It really comes down to your time and your budget. If you’re interested in a customized, blended session that utilizes any and all modalities the therapist is trained in, just book one of the massage appointments (Total Refresh, Deep Drift, Long Exhale, All In). During your intake we will assess your health history and current needs and navigate the session from there.

Please note, when scheduling you will be asked to enter a credit card number, even if you’re redeeming a gift card. You will not be charged, this is just a necessary step to effectively implement the cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee for up to the full amount of service.
